There is not enough I can say about Carter to explain what a tremendous help he has been. We started working with Carter in 2020 when we purchased our condo. He then helped us sell that condo in 2022 and helped us into our new home in 2023. Carter has ALWAYS been available when we needed him whether it was to show us a property, host an open house, explain hard to understand documents, get home improvement quotes or go to bat for us on closing a deal.
